What Brigade Pre Launch Projects Really Mean

Pre launch is the quietest stage of a project's life. The developer may have land, designs and approvals in progress, but formal sales have not opened and the RERA registration may still be pending. Prices, sizes, tower layouts and even the project name can change before the official launch.
Buyers join at this stage for early choice and a possible early-bird price. The cost of that choice is uncertainty: you may be asked for an expression of interest (EOI) amount before there is a registered project to check, so what you receive in return must be clear in writing.
Many listings here show a handover of December 2029 or 2030, and several show "Price on request". That is honest rather than evasive: where the developer has not published a price, this site does not invent one.

It depends on the written terms. Ask whether it is refundable, what it adjusts against and whether a RERA registration exists. Get a receipt and pay only to the developer's designated account.
Why do so many pre launch pages say Price on request?
Because the developer has not published a price. This site shows only values found on the project pages, and writes Price on request where none is listed.
How long is the wait for possession?
Listed handover dates on this page run from December 2028 to 2030, and several are "to be announced". Only the agreement for sale carries a binding date.
Which pre launch projects are townships or offices?
The Devanahalli township pages (WTC Devanahalli, Innovation Gardens, KIADB Phase 2) and the Whitefield and airport-corridor office projects. Ask which phase or tower is being offered.
How do I verify RERA for a Brigade project?
Open the Karnataka RERA website, search by project name or registration number, and compare it with the number on the brochure and the project page. Check the promoter name, registered phase, declared completion date and quarterly updates. Where this site shows "Verify on RERA portal" or "Not yet published", the number could not be confirmed from the project page.
Can the project name or price change before launch?
Yes. Pre launch details are indicative. Always confirm the current name, price and RERA registration in writing.
Is this the official Brigade website?
No. Brigade Bangalore Projects is an information and enquiry website. It does not accept payments or bookings. Enquiries may be shared with the project's sales team so that they can contact you. Confirm all details with the developer and on the RERA portal.
